Foster Care Association of Victoria (FCAV)
The FCAV provides a range of services to Victorian foster carers including, information, support, counselling and training. All accredited Victorian foster parents are eligible to be members of the FCAV.

Australian Foster Care Association (AFCA)
The AFCA is a national, voluntary organisation supporting and representing foster carers, their families and the children they care for throughout Australia.

The International Foster Care Organisation (IFCO)
IFCO is a voluntary organisation committed to the improvement of the quality of service given to children and young people in care and the development of standards for organisations and individual carers.

The CREATE Foundation
CREATE is an organisation that supports children and young people in care. CREATE connects and empowers children and young people in care and works to improve the care system through activities, programs, training and policy advice.

Foster Care Victoria Blog
Foster Care Victoria is a blog that provides information about foster care and updates on news and events for foster carers.

Department of Human Services - Children Youth & Families Division, Victoria
The Children Youth & Families Division coordinates and delivers programs and services that are designed to improve the safety, health, development, learning and wellbeing of Victorian children, particularly the most vulnerable. They also provide information about foster care, permanent care, adoption and a range of other Victorian Government child protection and family services initiatives.

Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency Co-operative Limited (VACCA)
VACCA is a statewide Aboriginal community controlled and operated service that promotes, advocates and achieves positive changes in the lives of Aboriginal children, young people, their families and their community premised on human rights, self determination, cultural respect and safety. VACCA can also provide referral to the Aboriginal foster care provider in your area.
